Hello! I am a hobbyist writer/artist, that means I do everything on deviantART for fun! I commonly go by Pokeman92 or ThePokeman92 online.

I enjoy writing anything Pokemon-related but also enjoy incorporating sci-fi, fantasy, and adventure elements into my works whenever possible. It is my desire to one day reach a point in my writing where I could attempt to write my own novel and get it published. I'm not sure how far away that is, but I see myself making strides towards that goal with each new project.

I get my inspiration from many reading stories by many great authors such as J.R.R. Tolkien, Douglas Adams, J.K. Rowling, C.S. Lewis, Orson Scott Card, Terry Pratchett, H.G. Wells, and Dan Brown.

I'm always thrilled to get any sort of constructive criticism on my works. It is my goal to improve my writing as much as possible, and it really helps when I receive detailed feedback on my work. I often formally request critiques on my works if you wish to help me out, but you may leave a comment as well if you just want to keep it short; I read all of my comments, even if I do not reply to them all.

Occasionally I will post some drawn/digital artwork as well. I'm not particularly invested in my drawing skills and have little actual experience, but every now and then I'll create something I want to share.

When I'm not reading or writing, I study computer science in college, play video games, browse the internet, and practice piano.
